Establishing Water Services

Establishing an account with an existing address
If you would like to establish service at an existing address that has had water services in the past you will need to complete the Water Users Agreement
The following items will be required in order to establish service:

  • Security Deposits – (See Security Deposits)
  • Property Deed or Settlement Statement (signed by both parties at closing) or Rental Contact
  • Physical Address
  • Mailing Address
  • Photo ID
  • Social Security Number
  • Processing fee of $14.50

You may sign up for service in our office or you may fill out the Water Users Agreement and fax or email it to us along with the required items listed above. Please call our office prior to sending us the required information and we will be glad to assist you with the process. The information can be emailed to customerservice@cassattwater.com, faxed to 803-432-8341 or mailed to 2638 Old Stagecoach Rd., Cassatt, S.C. 29032.

Establishing an account at a new address
If you would like to have a tap installed at a new address, please call our office so that we may determine availability of service status. If service is available at the address you will need to pay a tap and impact fee that is based on your meter size.

Please be advised that the tap/meter installation may take up to 14 business days.

Once the availability of service is determined and the tap and impact fee are paid, you will need to complete the process listed above (establishing an account at an existing address) and pay any applicable fees or deposits.
